When you’re only five foot tall, every mountain seems higher, the deep end seems deeper, and the jar of peanut butter on the top shelf seems unreachable.
My world is seen through a 45 degree angle, and though it can be a pain in the neck, it sounds worse than it is.
The first thing you learn is the feeling of being invisible in a crowd. You jump to give the world a glimpse, but short of climbing on shoulders, you’ll seldom be seen.
What you learn next is how to be noticed. Talking to backs is pointless, and shouting just ruins your voice. Creativity is key when words are your best too.
So it should be obvious why I write.
